A Road Map
for Tests Scenarios for SAED systems
for Remote Detection & Localization of Explosives
Abstract
‘3 Level Security Bulgaria Ltd’ could participate in
a field blind tests scenario on the dates agreed
according to the location will be at a ‘desert like’ terrain (clean
from any explosives and ammunition area in the range of any SAED
system) in order to simulate an operation for detect and localize
ONE TARGET with the quantity and type of explosives & bullets
agreed upon
*
within an area 5 x 5 Km (or: to Be Agreed Upon) in the
‘desert’ area (clean from any explosives and ammunition area in the
range of any SAED system) using the MAGNOTRON System & the support
sub system (‘E3’ SUPPORT SYSTEM and TARGETS LOCATOR SYSTEM)
manufactured by ‘3 Level Security Bulgaria LTD’.
There will be done two tests.
For the first test
No other
electronic methods will be used
to locate the target as we use the army
used manually
process at the field
(map, magnetic compass, pencils, angle meters and rulers for
measurement purposes). This test done in order to proof that the
MAGNOTRON SYSTEM could detect the target on the field. In this test
we do not test the E3’
SUPPORT SYSTEM and TARGETS LOCATOR SYSTEM’ capability to locate the
target.
For the second test
we use electronic methods to locate the target (MAGNOTRON
E3 SUPPORT SYSTEM (running on a smart phone) exclusively
manufactured by 3 Level Security Bulgaria Ltd

).
In this test we will test the E3’
SUPPORT SYSTEM and TARGETS LOCATOR SYSTEM’ capability to locate the
target.
SCOPE
Using the Target Localization process at the field
from Long distance **
to
Detect & Localize known and pre-tuned explosive material using the
‘E3’ SUPPORT SYSTEM and TARGETS LOCATOR SYSTEM’ and the ‘MAGNOTRON’
Sensor systems from long distance, in a 5 x 5 Km
area (or agreed upon) in the desert.
TESTS DETAILS
1. THE TESTED PERSON AND SYSTEM MUST HAVE A 180
DEGREES ANGLE CLEAR IN FRONT OF THEM. THIS IS THE AREA THAT TESTS
MUST BE DONE. WE CALLED THIS 360 DEGREE TEST AREA AS A ‘ CLEAR
SECTION’ or ‘CLEAR ANGLE’ .
2. The TESTERS must be placed behind the tested
person and system in a distance
(see ANNEX ‘C’). All TARGET material
that is not used for the specific test must
be placed behind the testers in a vehicle or elsewhere. It will be
good that the testers not carry bullets with them as any bullet
apart from the ‘part’ (capsule) that is a NITRO BASED high explosive
matter and is detected as explosive from the MAGNOTRON system. For
practical (for the test) reasons, bullets (ONLY BULLETS NOT THE
GUNS) could be placed in one place or vehicle. So the tested person
and system will know that he had ONLY TWO TARGETS BEHIND HIM, THE
AMMUNITION AND THE TARGETS EXPLOSIVES.
If the testers want to test the efficiency
of the tested person and system in a 360 degrees horizon, this could
be done after those proposed tests, this could be done without other
targets and ammunition near this area.
The testers could
place a SMALL target (about one
to two KG)
under ground in another place at
LEAST 25 KM
from the test area we
propose for the tests.
Or to do this test after they evacuate the test area
from the other targets and ammunition, after all tests finish.
2. Before test start, the testers will bring all
kind of targets in front of the tester in order the tester be
sure that the MAGNOTRON SYSTEM is tuning to the targets and the
sensors work fine.
3. After this the tester will be moved from the check
point (his place in front the test field) to another place as not
to see what the testers do at the test field.
4. When the testers finalize their work and buried
the target(s), they call the tester to take his position to the
check point area.
FOR THE ‘MANUALLY
PROCESS’ AT THE FIELD (NO ELECTRONIC MEANS USED)
:
a. The tested person using the MAGNOTRON SYSTEM
detects the target and finds the target direction and depth.
b. Tested person uses a map (military or simple from
‘google’ map, printed in a paper) in order to find his First
targeting position and the target first direction. He
writes on the map with a pencil those two things.
c. After this the tested person moves to another
place right or left of the First targeting position and chose the
second targeting position.
d.
The
tested person using the MAGNOTRON SYSTEM detects the target
from the second targeting position and
finds the target direction and depth.
e. Tested person uses the same map (military or
simple from ‘google’ map, printed in a paper) in order to find his
second targeting position and the target second direction.
He writes on the map with a pencil those two things.
The target must be on the cross of the two written on
the map directions.
f. The testers and the tested person moved to the
target suggested from the tested person place and the tested person
verifies the target position from close.
g. After this he points the target place * to the
testers.
* The target
place depends from the mass of the target. From our experience, an
area of
50
meters diameter
is logical and
good for a
1
to 3 kilos target
mass for a long
detection system as MAGNOTRON system is.
FOR THE USE OF PROCESS FOR ELECTRONIC SYSTEMS AT THE
FIELD :
a. The tested person using the MAGNOTRON SYSTEM
detects the target and finds the target direction and depth.
b. Tested person uses the MAGNOTRON E3 SUPPORT system
(an application running on an ANDROID O.S. that uses a digital map
form Google or other company up to 17 level) in order to find his
First targeting position and the target first direction.
He push the FIRE BUTTON on the support system and a red line
(target direction from the check point) is automatically written on
the digital map.
c. After this the tested person moves to another
place right or left of the First targeting position and chose the
second targeting position.
d.
The
tested person using the MAGNOTRON SYSTEM detects the target
from the second targeting position and
finds the target direction and depth.
e. Tested person uses the MAGNOTRON E3 SUPPORT system
(an application running on an ANDROID O.S. that uses a digital map
form Google or other company up to 17 level) in order to find his
second targeting position and the target second direction.
He push the FIRE BUTTON on the support system and a red line
(target direction from the check point) is automatically written on
the digital map. AFTER THIS PROCESS AUTOMATICALLY THE MAGNOTRON E3
SUPPORT SYSTEM will show the target place ( long – latitude ) and
the exact distance from the target (from tested person second
position).
f. The testers and the tested person moved to the
target suggested from the tested person place and the tested person
verifies the target position from close.
g. After this he points the target place * to the
testers.
* The target place depends from the mass of the
target. From our experience, an area of 50 meters diameter is
logical and good for a 1 to 3 kilos target mass for a long detection
system as MAGNOTRON is.
UP TO NOW PRE TEST PROCEDURES AND CONCLUSIONS
SAED’s ‘MAGNOTRON’ systems could pre tuned to detect
ANY MATERIAL STRUCTURE (explosives, bullets, ammunition, humans,
drugs, etc).
Those
systems use a double engine system that
creates
a
specific
electromagnetic field (EMF) that
modulated
by the
electron-vibration activity energizes mostly Nitrogen based
explosives (in case of explosives). This primary magnetic field
interferes with other environmental present EMF’s and creates the
necessary conditions for interaction, which appears between the
above
systems
and
the explosives containing N (ions NO2, NO3) and O- (oxygen negative
ion).
For this system (MAGNOTRON) a small quantity of sample (5
grams is enough) of the targets that will be used to the 3 (or more)
tests must be given to the 3 Level Security Ltd technicians at
least one to two days before the tests. We can test ANY KIND OF
MATERIAL (drugs, explosives , minerals etc ) if we get a small
sample (5 grams
is enough) of the target to be found at the tests.
The brand new SAED MAGNOTRON system could PRE TUNED
in any place abroad in any kind type of explosives,
bullets and other types of common military explosives. FOR THIS
REASON THE TESTERS must give to 3 Level Security LTD representative
a very small quantity (5 grams
) of the material (explosive or explosives type(s)) one day before
the test as a new sensor is going to be constructed as to be
magnetic tuned to the MAGNOTRON system for the tests.
THIS
PROCEDURE WILL PROOF THAT 3 Level Security LTD COULD FIX ANY KIND OF
SENSOR (FOR TUNING TO ANY KIND OF MATERIAL STRUCTURE – NOT ONLY
EXPLOSIVES BUT ALSO DRUGS AND ANYTHING OTHER) IN SOME HOURS TIME, IN
ANY PLACE ON THE PLANET.
If we tuned the system to detect U.S.A TNT base
type of explosives, then 90% of NITRO BASED EXPLOSIVES could
be detected (except black powder based materials).

test the goal must be to localize ONE

TARGET buried in a desert (a clear from explosives area) 5 x
5 Km (rectangular) or other, using electronic means
(the E3 SUPPORT SYSTEM) for locating the target..

could be done after co operation and planning between testers and
technical personnel of 3 Level Security LTD as our goal is that the
client must be fully satisfied and feel secure about the
technologies products efficiency in target detection.

A TEST PROCEDURES SCENARIO
‘D’ day is the first
test day.
‘D’ -3 days
·
3 Level Security LTD technicians need to create
sensors for the tests for the ‘MAGNOTRON’ system. THREE days before
the tests the testers must kindly apply us with a quantity of
5 grams of the explosives or other material that they
use for the tests for this purpose.
‘D’ - 2 days
·
3 Level Security LTD technicians need to calibrate
the systems and make some own tests in test area. Two days before
the tests the testers must kindly apply the test area with one SAME
KIND OF EXPLOSIVE target for this purpose. Those calibration tests
must be repeated and the day before the real tests.
‘D’ day
·
Before the real tests 3 Level Security LTD
technician will detect the test area as to investigate that is
‘clean’ from other unknown targets (explosives & ammunition). In
order to avoid any ‘false’ positive results, it’s crucial that test
area must be clean of explosive matters (even traces) before any
test procedure.
·
If the area is clean, the scenario process will going
on as accepted by both parties. If at the test area other unknown
targets (explosives
& bullets)
existed, test area must be changed. The same process will be done
for the new test area also. The ‘cleaning area’ from existing
targets process will be done also at ‘D’ – 2 and ‘D’ – 1 days.

Full
electronic methods and means will be use for
localizing the target (‘E3 TARGETS LOCATOR‘ as partly of D.R.A.M.S.’
Early Warning System, manufactured by
3 Level Security LTD).
·
All testers must agree and follow the procedures that
will be created after the meeting of TESTERS and 3 Level Security
LTD representatives.
NOTES
·
3 Level Security LTD
proposal is to be use 10 kg of TNT (or other type, but TNT is the
standard NATO explosive matter for military operations). From our
experience up to now from cooperation with other antiterrorism
country agencies 10 kg of TNT is the usually quantity that suicide
missions terrorists carrying on. IN OUR humble opinion the
PROOF THAT SAED SYSTEM COULD DETECT
10 KG OF TNT or other explosive FROM 3000 – 5000***
meters IN THE FIELD WILL BE A VERY IMPORTANT FACT AND A PROOF
THAT THIS SYSTEM IS AN EARLY WARNING SYSTEM FOR EXPLOSIVES
APPROACHING.

5000 m is the diagonal of the 5 x5 Km rectangular
tests area. A target could be placed in that place too.
ANNEX ‘A’
THE ARMY USED MANUALLY PROCESS AT THE FIELD
The
army used manually process at the field is
very simple. We use a hard copy Google map printed on a paper. The
steps will be (localizing target test protocol):
1.
We use the today SAED E3 support system and the assisted smart phone
GPS receiver to locate the SAED SYSTEMS position (position ‘A’) on
the ground.
2.
The SAED user detects the target direction line .
3.
An assistant to SAED SYSTEM user using a pencil will then write down
on the map the SAED SYSTEM position on the ground as a mark AND the
line (line ‘A’) that starts from the SAED SYSTEM placed position and
continuous to the direction of the target.
4.
The assistant count the angle of the North magnetic pole (angle ‘A’)
and the target direction (line ‘A’) using only a common magnetic
compass and a ruler.
5.
The SAED SYSTEM user and his assistant will both move to another
place at least
500 meters away, write or left of the target direction line and do
the second detection effort in order to find a new (the second)
target detection line (line ‘B’) in order to triangulate the target
and find the target position (‘TARGET POSITION’).
6.
The SAED SYSTEM user and his assistant will repeat steps 1 to 5
from the new SAED SYSTEM position (position ‘B’).
7.
The assistant count the new second angle (angle ‘B’) of the North
magnetic pole and the new target direction line (line ‘B’) using
only a common magnetic compass and a ruler.
8.
The assistant would now must written on the map using a pencil :
- The first SAED SYSTEM position (‘A’) as a
mark .
- The first target detection line ( line
‘A’).
- The first angle ( angle ‘A’).
- The second SAED SYSTEM position (‘B’) as a
mark .
- The second target detection line ( line
‘B’).
- The second angle ( angle ‘B’).
- The the target position (‘TARGET
POSITION’), which lays on the cross of lien ‘A’ and line ‘B’ on the
map.
All those elements – information needed in order the
testers to investigate if the process is right or wrong. The
meaning of the test is to investigate the SAED SYSTEM ability to
detect the target and not to test the common market smart phone
ability.
This meaning that a small GPS positioning mistake of
the common market smart phone used as a SAED E3 support system today
must not affect in any way the accurate of the sensor to find the
target direction. The same logic is for the common compass accuracy.
For this reason a third party entity – a military
person – must be all test and preparation time with the tested group
in all procedures described above. So we believe that the tested
group must apart from :
